--Trying to learn everything about Romantic-era women's writing (mainly stuff by my favorite person ever) for my candidacy exams
--Discovering the most amazing film ever created (and watching it in a crowded Cleveland theater in July with other similarly-enlightened Wiseau fans... I'm hoping there's at least one of you in this PQW!)
--Being in no less than three weddings of very dear friends, including one in Montego Bay (view from my villa here--->) !
--Working with three other English dept. lit PhDs to bring the 2011 British Women Writers Conference to our campus; and turns out, we did it! You'll be hearing about how you can get involved in this exciting opportunity later in the fall.
